Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product/s are defective, damaged or, if you receive the wrong item or, an item is missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item/s are defective or damaged, then please send us a photo and a description of the issue, so that we can evaluate the issue. Any refunds or replacements are conditional upon proof of purchase.

Occasionally a product you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens then we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a partial refund.

Refunds

If a refund or partial refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please ensure that you check your delivery address and order details carefully before placing an order. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided, we reserve the right to still charge you for the delivery costs and any associated return costs.

Cancellation of Order

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you decide that you want to cancel your order, as orders can be processed and despatched with a quick turnaround.
