How much does delivery cost?

  • Delivery is free on all mainland UK orders over £180 ex. VAT.
  • Mainland UK deliveries on orders under £180 ex. VAT is £6.
  • The delivery charge for orders sent to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands & Northern Island is £12, irrespective of order amount and delivery will be a 2 day service. Unfortunately, our website is unable to differentiate between addresses in the UK. Therefore, we will contact you after your order is placed to arrange payment for the shortfall. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
  • We do not deliver overseas or to the Republic of Ireland.
  • Saturday deliveries can only be made on request and DPD charge extra for this service, so please ask us how much this will be.

How soon after ordering will I receive my order? 

  • We will aim to process orders within 1-3 business days.   
  • We mainly use DPD as our courier service. You will receive an email and/or text on your delivery day with a 1 hour time slot, which you then have the ability to change. Some orders may be sent via Royal Mail and for this we use their 48 hour tracked service and you will also receive an email from them regarding your delivery day.  
  • At peak times, such as Christmas and Easter, there may be delays due to stock availability or postal delays and we advise that any orders placed for special occasions are made in good time. We will keep you updated about any long delays.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

  • If you haven't received your order or a further email from DPD, firstly please follow the link on your DPD notification and enter your tracking number. If you still have a query, then please contact us with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.  

Will someone have to sign for delivery?

  • Somebody will need to be available to accept the delivery from DPD. You will be advised of a 1 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery and the notification will include information abour redelivery or collection options, if the time specified is not convenient. You can also ask DPD to leave your parcel in a designated safe place or with a neighbour.
  • Chocolates that have not been delivered/collected will be returned to us after 1 week. We will then contact you. Orders can only be resent after paying another postage fee. 

Can I order online and collect my order directly from you?

  • Yes. Customers can use our "click and collect" service and pick up an order direct from us at our factory on the outskirts of York: 22 Alan Farnaby Way, Sheriff Hutton Industrial Park, Sheriff Hutton, York, YO60 6PG. You will need to click on "Pick-up" at checkout. 
  • When your order is ready to be collected, we will notify you either by email or text.
